How do you handle returns/refunds/exchanges?
There are 2 types of items
1) Damaged or Defective.
Proof of purchase must be provided. Please provide a clear photo of the problem for a quick resolution if applicable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you receive a broken or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Do not return merchandise without contacting us first. Please email us for a further instruction : firstname.lastname@example.org
2) Non-Defective, Non-Broken
Items must be made within 15 days. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.Please contact us for a return/exchange process.
Do your products have any guarantees or warranties?
We guarantee that every item we offer will certainly be as pictured and described and also will be free from defect. If you receive an item that does meet not this guarantee, we will provide you a full refund or a replacement.
How can you cancel your order?
You can make changes to most orders up to an hour after they have been placed. If you would like to make a change after an hour, we will make an effort to terminate your order. However, some items may not be eligible for cancelation after shipment placement.
When an order has shipped, you may ask us to request an intercept from the shipping carrier. Not all carriers supply an intercept option and also service providers that offer an intercept option do not provide it on all delivery methods (for example, FedEx does not supply intercepts for orders shipped by means of Smart Blog post delivery method). Intercept requests are not constantly effective and also commonly are not successful. There is an obstruct fee of $12.50 PER box which is simply applied if the intercept is successful. By asking for an intercept, you accept obligation for the obstruct fee(s) linked with your order, along with the 20 % restocking charge. Initial shipping fees are not refunded for intercepted orders.

When do we collect sales tax on your orders?
By Law, we have to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to Georgia and California. We do not collect sales tax on orders to any state except Georgia and California.
How much is sales tax?
GA sales tax is 4% and CA is 9% as of the time of this writing.
